MyStudies provides researchers with tools to gather patient-reported, current, and longitudinal health information to better understand the clinical features, course, and progression of rare diseases.
upload PDFs to pull important dates and sync them with your calendar
A web app that extracts dates from PDF files to automcatically input into your calendar.
PDF files are translated to text using Google’s image OCR to text API - NLP processing on the text then detect the dates in the text.

A machine learning application that can recognize up to 7 facial gestures in real-time using a webcam.
Humans naturally express themselves through facial gestures and expressions. A facial gesture recognition tool can provide an easy interface to computers or by training people who have difficulty understanding others.

Real Time Systems Traffic Controller

A one-way traffic light simulation using an imlementation of FreeRTOS, an open source real time operating system, embedded on an STM32F4 Discovery board.
Green LEDs represent cars, which obey the red-yellow-green LED traffic light. The flow of traffic can be altered in real time by a dial (potentiometer).
